While I’ve spent the last few years photographing weddings and making videos, up until recently I never really felt comfortable shooting wedding videos. Earlier this year my friend Nicholas convinced me to partner up with him and try our hands making wedding videos.

The Omaha Guitar Trio – The Oregon Trail | Music Video

The guys in the Omaha Guitar Trio asked me to put together a series of videos for them during their recording time. Here’s one of the 3 we shot for that project, filmed in 4 takes, so not all of the video matches up with the audio since I sat with a different member for each take. All in all, very happy with how this turned out.

Lately I’ve been interested in playing with colors in my images. I’ve always liked the way Nicholas Winding Refn (Director of Drive, Only God Forgives, Bronson and a bunch of other great films) has used color in his work and wanted to try to do something a little wild like that.
