Nebraska Event Photography || Ani Zonneveld at Countryside Community Church
The church I work at has a wonderful lecture series called “The Center For Faith Studies” which brings in some of the best speakers on religion, theology and science in to speak at public events hosted by the church. Tonight we got to see Ani Zonneveld, who spoke on progressive islam and what that means.
The Death Panel Comedy Showcase
Every Tuesday, Stephen Smith hosts an open mic at the Hideout in Omaha. This week he decided to start holding an hour long showcase/competition before the mic starts. Here’s photos of all comics that performed on the showcase/competition and just for fun I gave them all Cinema crops, because cinema crops are fun.

Every year the Nebraska Farm Bureau Insurance branches get together to reward the hard work of it’s employees. They asked me to snag some photos of the event, which was held at the Rococo Theater in Lincoln.
The Mike Perry Show
Omaha’s premier comedy troope Ok Party Comedy turns 3 years old this month. To Celebrate the group hosted “The Mike Perry Show” in honor of Mike Perry’s birthday. The show had Mike Perry on stage where he interrupted comics while they performed. Here’s some photos from the show:
Tag Team Comedy/Doom Room Cross Over Show
The monthly comedy show I host (Tag Team Comedy) joined forces with our buds monthly show (The Doom Room) to create a unique one time show where a pair of comics got on stage and riffed on topics they had never seen before.

OK Party Comedy Battle Royale XIII
Every couple of months OK Party Comedy hosts a comedy tournament. 16 comics face off head to head until a winner is crowned. It’s a great contest that brings in a lot of new talent to the local comedy world. Here’s some photos from the event:
