Saw Terror for the first time the other day at the Hideout (now the Lookout Lounge) it was a pretty crazy spectacle. One thing is for sure, I’ll never be happier than when I’m standing in the middle of the chaos capturing the events around me. The show was opened by the local bands Live and Obey, Purgatory and Bent Life.
Here’s some photos from Part 2 of me and my Girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary vacation. Pro-tip flying from Seattle to San Fran only costs like $75, so it’s totally worth the trip and you can do all the toursty stuff in San Fran in like 2 days.
This last week my girlfriend and I headed to the west coast for an anniversary vacation. In the past I have hated vacations. I love my job, I like making things and when I’m out of town I can’t really do that. If money wasn’t an issue I’d still make things with cameras. However my girlfriend is not the same, she LOVES vacations. Not wanting to ruin her time I decided to pack a bag full of cameras to create some things in new places. Here’s a few photos from our time in Seattle.

Last year my Room mate convinced me to come out to some sketchy lot and take pictures of him doing dangerous things on his mini-bike. Since then, I try and make it out to shoot these guys when I’m available. This was the first time I had time to make it out this year and I’m really pretty stoked at how good they’re all getting. You’ll definitely see some more photo/video work of them in the future here.
This weekend the new owners of the Hideout asked me to come take pictures at one of the biggest shows they’re planning on having for sometime. They wanted some shots of how crowded the place was. Now I’m kind of “retired” from concert photos, but when they told me that one of my favorite bands were playing I grabbed my cameras and hopped back in the pit. Here’s some favorite shots:
